...invite you to join the combined go tournament in Ghent on July 5 & 6. The Korean
Ambassador Cup is open for Belgian members of the Belgian Go Federation. The
Ghent Go Tournament is open for every go player.
Entry to both tournaments is free, but please register here to help the organisation.
The event will take place at Doornakkerstraat 52-54, 9040 Sint-Amandsberg, see this

The tournament system is a double knockout for the KAC, after which the knocked out
players keep playing in the Mc Mahon GGT. Timing will be 30 min + 3x30 seconds
Japanese byo-yomi for the KAC and 5 min/15 moves for the GGT.
Prizes
The winner of the KAC will be the Belgian representative for the Korean Prime Minister
Cup, near Seoul, Korea in November 2008 (all costs sponsored by the Korean Amateur
Baduk Association).
The first prize of the Ghent Go Tournament is 75 euro.
Extra prizes will be available for players with 4 and 5 victories and for raffle.
Details for the number of rounds of the KAC and exact tournament system are subject
to change, depending on how many players take part.
